Yes. Any vehicle can be registered once at the same time only. Therefore, if the vehicle is still registered, you will need to de-register it 2 working days prior to the requested delivery date at the latest.
The applicant is the person who will drive the vehicle with the temporary number plates. Please note that the details entered in the online application form must correspond to the details indicated on the ID card. The applicant bears the risk if the temporary plates will be handed over to any other person. Any possible fines and/or claims related to the use or misuse of the temporary number plates will be sent to the applicant.

An eVB (German: "elektronische Versicherungsbestätigung") is an insurance number of seven digits and must be presented when carrying out the registration at the registration authority. Our eVB number contains the legally required liability insurance.
You will find the vehicle identification number (VIN) next to the letter "E" in the vehicle registration document. Usually the VIN consists of 17 digits. Please make sure that you type in the number correctly.
If the VIN consists of less than 17 digits, please enter as many "0" as necessary until the total number of digits amounts to 17.
The price includes the registration fee, the eVB insurance code, the number plates as well as the express delivery.
If the registration of your temporary number plates has not been carried out yet, you will still have the possibility to cancel your order. In this case a service fee will be charged. Once the registration has been carried out, it will not be possible to cancel your order and refund the amount paid anymore.
Your temporary number plates usually will be delivered between 7.30 am and 12.30 pm on the requested delivery day. Please note that the delivery in some areas can take several working days, especially if the place of delivery is located on an island. Please consider this when choosing the the delivery date as there is no 100 % guarantee for a punctual delivery.
Yes. It is possible to choose Saturday as delivery date if the place of delivery is located within Germany. An additional fee will be charged.
